Field trip
It was a great experience. I was glad that a professor cam to talk to us. I don't know if future students will be able to experience the same we have, but hopefully they will be as fortunate. A better food court would improve the trip. The students should still go on this field trip.

New Body Part
A new body part was found in humans. It is located in the knee. It is a ligament that connects the thigh bone to the shin bone. This new discover can doctors more accurate on deciding what a patient's problem could be and also better surgeries can be done. It's amazing that we were able to discover a new body part when we thought every human body part was already discovered.

"Lost World" Discovered
Conrad Hoskin and and the National Geographic film crew found a "lost world". Hoskin and the film crew jumped out of a helicopter and landed on top of Cape Meville, a mountain range in Australia. They found three new species at Cape Meville. One was a leaf tailed looking gecko, a gold coloured skink, and a yellow boulder-dwelling frog. Hoskin described it as "discovery of a life". It was thought that scientists have explored fairly well, but these new species that were found is amazing, because there could be more to discover in Australia and other parts of the world. Who knows what else we can discover, and hopefully we can discover more species.

Should We Use GDP To Measure Our Economy?
I believe that GDP is a good method to measure our economy. It focuses on what we use and what we do not use so we can decide whether or not to keep the product. It can also help to see if the economy is able to invest into a new product for the country. We can also use GDP to predict if something bad in our economy will happen. This means we can have time to prepare. This is why GDP is a good way to measure our economy.

Oppurtunity cost in our lives
We don't think about economics too much, but we use it everyday like physics. When we decide on what we will do, we are experiencing oppurtunity cost. We think about what the outcome will we be when we decide on something. We think whether or not the action we make or object that we consider buying is worth our time. For example, when it is lunch time we tend to go to fast
T food restaurants to give us more time to eat and so we have our food quick, but we can also decide on having our lunch prepared before work so we don't have to pay for lunch and won't have to worry about getting back to work in a hurry, but there is the problem that wemay not have the food we want for lunch at home and we may not be able to prepare it as good as someone who is trained to do it. So it comes down to what we think will give us the most efficient way to have lunch.

Government shutdown
Obamacare has a good intentions, but it should be funded by the government not by the tax payers. The Republicans and Democrats need to agree on something quick. People have lost jobs, because of the result of the government shutting down. Even though the government is not not funding the non essential services, a lot of people have lost there jobs, and even though there jobs are considered non essential, to some they are important. If someone wants to get a social security number because they want to live in America, they won't be able to because social security offices are funded by the government and have been shutdown because they are considered non essential services. This shutdown is hurting the country more than what the Republicans think that Obamacare would cause. It is fine if they don't want Obamacare but this shouldn't be the way to get rid of it, because now tax payers are funding Obamacare instead of the government.

SNAP bill Thoughts
The SNAP bill should not be passed. Food stamps have helped poor Americans get through the days to be able to feed there families. The majority who are voting for the bill to be passed are the Republicans, and it is known that they want Americans to be more independent, but the SNAP bill will only make things worse for those who are struggling with money. If food stamps were to be taken away, then families would have to decide have to make sacrifices. Instead of the money that parents use to pay for their children's new school supplies, new clothes, or new shoes, would have be used on groceries. Children will have the issue of out growing there clothes and shoes, but probably will not be able to buy new clothes or shoes until three months, five months, or maybe even a year depending on their family's financial situation. For school, children need gym uniforms, and now schools are starting to use the Internet to increase their students education ability, and a family who is having financial issues probably does'nt have the money to pay for new clothes, Internet, or even a new computer if they need one. This are just a few reasons of why the SNAP bill should not be passed, and these few reasons are great ones on their own.

Video games have evolved greatly, and has shown that these are products that help the economy, Grand Theft Auto V is a great example. Rockstar Studios has spent 25 million dollars on making this game, and with just in pre - orders, they were able to get that money back easily. Before it was launched consumers were not able to play it themselves unless you worked at Rockstar Studios or if you had a job that involved informing about games. Rockstar just showed gameplay and informed the public of what you can do in the game. The reason this worked is because GTA is a franschise, and when the first one came out the invisible hand gave it a thumbs up, and Rockstar continued to make more. On the day it launched Rockstar made 800 million dollars, and are now expected to make a billion soon. All of this success is possible because of the approval that the invisible hand gave to the first Grand Theft Auto game.

My thoughts on Obama's decision of Syria's issue
Obama's position is to not to put soldiers in Syria, and is holding off the strike, because Russia was able to take away the chemical weapons, and is going to talk to President Putin so they can reach a peaceful solution with Syria's dictator. I agree Obama's position, because so many lives were already lost from chemical attacks that Asad did to his own people, and also from the rebellion that has risen from the people of Syria. Obama said that people wrote him that America is not world's police, and Obama responded that he is right, but when a dictator decides to break an international law that Asad broke, which was using chemical weapons and even using them against his own people, we cannot just ignore this, because Asad will think that he can get away with whatever he wants, and will also make other dictators think that they could get away with what they want. First we must try to find a way to end this problem with a peaceful solution and if Asad decides to not comprise then the strike should be used to show that these actions are unacceptable.
